In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be in a resalable condition

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or customised items

  • Hygiene products that have been opened

  • Items marked as sale or final clearance
